At Focus Skateboard Shop Edinburgh, we want you to be stoked with your hardware and apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your items are in brand new, resaleable condition with all original tags attached; please note that built custom setups cannot be returned once gripped.

Securely pack your items and include a copy of your original invoice or a note with your order number and whether you require a refund or a specific size exchange.

Send your return via a tracked service to our Edinburgh store location; please retain your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed by our team.
